How the septic tank "Bioxy" works: device, principle of operation, an overview of the advantages and disadvantages. Maintenance of a septic tank bioxy Scheme bioxy k1 and 1 what is the difference

In order not to fall into the category of "bastard, he knows, but is silent" I will write everything that I learned and understood:
I have been using "Bioxy-1" since the beginning of May 2009. (Bioxy is an analogue of Topasov with one compressor and without switching modes, my passport capacity is 1 cubic meter / day).
I ordered the system with automatic flushing (+ 10t.r.) - every 20 hours for 20 seconds, an additional one is turned on. the pump and rinses the hoses and some openings with pressure. Japanese compressor, Italian pumps.
There were no serious problems yet, there were tasks to be solved - see below. The drain goes into a 2-ring well, and from there it is automatically pumped into a groove along the section. Outlet water - no smell! Only sometimes a slight smell of a river, a pond.
In the summer, I attach a hose to the drain pipe and water the lawn, garden, or pour it into a hole 0.5x0.5x0.5 meters in the very corner of the site. Level groundwater my water is low and the water goes underground without any problems. And in winter, this hose cannot be left - it will freeze, so I remove it, bringing the system to the normal "non-freezing" mode.
1-2 months of operation.
There were two warranty calls:
1. It was short circuit in the supply cable - when filling the trench, the Mujahideen slightly interrupted it,
2. There was a call to slightly lower the lid of the main box, tk. there was a crack and there was a smell. The gap was removed, and the smell became less, but (at that time) remained ...
Ventilation:
Those. - sometimes in the summer (in the absence of ventilation of the system) one could smell fresh faeces near Bioxy after they were flushed. The smell is faint and rare, but the wife was drinking (weak and rare) ...
The reason, in general, is clear, it is that the compressor sucks in the outside air, but there is no exhaust pipe (ventilation) ... Therefore, its surplus along the slots of the well cover, and Bioxy come out together with the smell of the receiving chamber (because there the air space above all chambers (except for the compressor room) is common).
In principle, as far as I remember, suppliers can make ventilation themselves, I just, apparently, bargained so fiercely with them that they were shy to offer it, especially for such a low-performance system.
In the summer we live in the house all the time. In winter, they came once every 1-2 weeks - they did not smell any smell, the station was 4 meters from the path. In March 2010. the snow came off the box and the smell appeared.
Ventilation design:
At the beginning of April 2010. did the ventilation himself - connected additional. 50mm pipe at the floor under the sink and brought it inside the vent. box going to the roof. The smell is gone.
The pipe inside this box goes all the way to the top.
There is a chance that there will be condensation in this 50mm pipe in winter, so I made it with the correct slopes to drain it back into Bioxy. Even if this whole 50mm pipe in winter will be jammed with frost, then this, in my opinion, is not scary, because the smell is not felt in winter ...
If (all of a sudden!) In winter the smell goes down into the house through the ventilation:%, then I will shut off the ventilation under the sink and the air exhaust will go out into the street through the cracks of the well - as it was in the winter of 2009-2010.
5 months of operation. Problem?
In the fall, news emerged - silt began to float in three cells. The call to the installer did not give anything, because for a long time he did not understand what had happened, and then he said that, probably, everything is fine ...
For some reason I did not call the service department. As a result, I collected this sludge with a ladle twice within 2 weeks.
Is this normal then I did not understand ... And even then I did not understand what would happen if the floating sludge was not removed - there is not a word about this point of "systematic operation" in the instructions.
11 months of operation (first inspection of the system after winter):
Opened. Everything seems to be fine - everything rustles and gurgles. The only thing - silt floated on the surface in 2 compartments, well, it grew a little on the walls. For 10-20 minutes I collected three liters, diluted with water to 8 liters and watered the weakest bushes. I checked the flushing system, the emergency float with a lamp and the drain pump - the norm.
12 months of operation.
In the morning the "Accident" light was on because of the overflow of the primary chamber. The chamber was overfilled due to a blockage in the riser tube located in the primary chamber and supplying wastewater to the next chamber ("main airlift"). He pulled out everything, cleaned it with wire and then rinsed it out of the hose.
At the same time, I flushed the automatic flushing tube of the system going there. For some reason, everything worked out only the second time.
The 1st photo shows a pulled out coarse filter. On the left is the main airlift that I flushed. It is located inside the thick "filter" pipe on the right.
13 months of operation.
See above - "5 months of operation. Problem?"
Sludge began to accumulate in large quantities on the surface of the sludge stabilizer, it began to roll into the outlet chamber and from there into the well. It can be clearly seen in the photo - it was the "worst" state of the system. I made a special scoop, scooped out and carried out 20-30 liters of this sludge.
My patience ran out and I called the service and installation service of Bioxy. He told me, transferred to the head.
I told him. He told me to apply for a warranty visit (warranty - 3 years).
Departure was scheduled in 3 days. At the appointed time, 2 guys arrived and did the following:
1. Modified the main airlift - drilled a hole in it at the bottom (3 cm.) "For better flushing."
2. We increased the wall of the silt stabilizer so that it no longer waddles where it is not necessary (although it should not float at all).
3. Slightly widened the diameter of the nozzle supplying water to the stub. silt - immediately the water flowed into it not in a tiny trickle, but in a decent trickle (I think that this was the main thing in the problem of silt surfacing).
4. Slightly widened and deepened the overflow recess from the stub. silt into the aeration tank.
5. Just in case, the main airlift was washed.
6. They said that the membrane of a Japanese compressor (the planned replacement period is 2 years) lasts from 2 to 5 years.
7. They said that it is better to take out the main airlift and flush it at least once every 3 months, but "more often" is better.
8. They said that one-cubic meter Bioxy can process up to 1.5 cubic meters of wastewater per day.
9. They answered all my other questions.
And all this is free and clearly in 1-1.5 hours. True, I cleaned up the garbage after them.
13.5 months of operation.
In the small chamber of the sludge stabilizer, sludge still floats up.
Continuation of systematic exploitation (Part 2) - here.
***
What I understood:
1. My system did not work correctly, so almost all the sludge floated up. measuring the% of sludge by settling it in the bank showed its decrease (over time), and not an increase, as it should have been.
2. Understood what determines the performance of the system, learned how to measure and configure.
In Bioxy, the flow volume is determined by the water level in the aeration tank, and this level is regulated by the inclination of the tip of the 50mm pipe located in the small section of the aeration tank, through which the "excess" water is returned to the receiving compartment.
***
For convenient measurement and control, I modified the drain from the aeration tank to the outlet compartment - 3rd photo, but it happened that the water flowed down the wall and how much of it flowed there is completely incomprehensible.
1st photo- the disassembled main airlift.
2nd photo- view of everything together.
4th photo- add. green hose for flushing the tray. A jar covering the tray - so that splashes do not wet the insulation.
3. Realized that it is still necessary to control the gurgling of air at each air tube going under the water - they sometimes get clogged - unscrewed, checked the pressure, looked into the hole, cleaned it, twisted it - it gurgled.
4. You also need to control the operation of the float of the main airlift - it sank a couple of times in the lower position ... And if you press it, then it will not float back itself - it seems to me that it is wrong.
Just a note:
In normal mode, the system is in winter or not - I don't know, everything is under the snow. But the compressor hums, the water gurgles, the emergency light is off, the bacteria don't complain.
Silt is similar to river silt and does not smell. It's probably enough for me to pump it out every 6 months (we have only two "users"). Optimum, apparently, in early May and September. The operation is primitive and quite clean (any man, having read the instructions, will easily complete it in 1-3 hours). For 1 hour - with an additional pump and for 3 hours with a standard compressor in aero-lift mode (it pumps very slowly).
Performance monitoring:
1. There is a standard emergency lamp that will light up when the primary chamber is overflowed. I think this system is insufficient, because the light will come on only a few hours after the malfunction, i.e. when the system is already overfilled and an emergency drain of the unfinished water could already occur.
2. As an add. I use a medical stethoscope to listen to the gurgling system from home. In the summer, the gurgling is already audible, but in the winter it was necessary to approach the box itself through deep snow and listen, and this is inconvenient.
It is most convenient to listen to it under the sink, below the siphon (along the water).
I bought the cheapest stethoscope (200 rubles), disassembled it, tied its "microphone" with tape to the siphon and extended the tube to ear level. Now it's more convenient to listen.
3. You can, of course, play around with a real microphone and - to a small amplifier - press a button at the face level and listen, and for automated control (for example, via GSM), you can put a primitive detector at the amplifier output and judge the presence of a constant voltage at its output gurgling in the system in real time. However, this is almost pointless because if the main airlift gets clogged, the system will overflow, but it will still gurgle ...
Now I can say for sure that I am mostly happy with the choice of Bioxy and their branded service! I was dissatisfied with the electrical system of the system (according to a serious "bar") - I had to redo it. Cm.

Sewage system Bioxy is fully adapted to the conditions Russian territories... Repeated tests carried out on Bioxy septic tanks have established full compliance with sanitary and building codes RF.

The advantages of this equipment include the following points:

  • complete absence of unpleasant odor from the septic tank;
  • the degree of wastewater treatment is from 95% to 98%, which is considered a fairly high level of purification;
  • the structure does not need to pump out the septic tank using a sewage machine;
  • there is no need to regularly add the necessary biomass from bacteria for wastewater treatment;
  • the compact design makes it easy to install and operate without filtration fields.

Ease of installation, ease of maintenance and the absolute absence of the need for pumping out using a sewage machine or a drainage pump makes the Bioxy sewage system completely unique.

It is thanks to the combination of deep biological treatment, which is able to process not only wastewater, but also sludge accumulated as a result of processing, as well as by means of aeration fields, the creation of air injection is practically emptied without accumulating sludge.

All the sludge that remains and nevertheless accumulates with a longer time can be removed from the septic tank using additional equipment - an aeration pump, because only it will perfectly cope with flushing out particles from the system and will bring them to the outlet.

The features that characterize the operation of Bioxy septic tanks include a sufficient degree of wastewater treatment, a rather economical consumption of electricity - up to 20 W per 1 person, and does not require additional power sources.

And there is also the possibility of installing a treatment plant in suburban areas of the smallest areas without filtering fields or trenches.

The design is equipped with a special auto-control panel for peak sludge accumulation, which needs to be pumped out only 1-2 times a year, provided that the volume of discharged wastewater does not exceed the volume of the septic tank by much.

Cleaning is not necessary with a sewage machine, you can use an aeration pump, which quickly flushes sludge from the septic tank into the ground.

Photo: aeration pump

The organic sludge is completely harmless to the soil and can even serve as a fertilizer.

There are no metal parts in the area of the septic tank body adjacent to the soil, the body is plastic made of high-strength polyethylene low pressure, and therefore does not corrode.

The built-in system of automatic flushing of the septic tank increases its service life before pumping out the accumulated sludge.

Important! The septic tank Bioxy is designed by manufacturers according to the principle of operation of entire wastewater treatment plants, and therefore has all the necessary devices and built-in equipment for the highest quality treatment and disposal of wastewater outside the septic tank.

Also, the installation is planned and made in such a way that it can be freely installed in soils with conditions close to the ground water table.

In addition, the structure has sufficient weight in order not to "float" during installation and sprinkling, and therefore it is not necessary to install it on a concrete pad.

Important! However, during installation, it is still necessary to equalize the pressure during sprinkling by gradually filling the containers with water.

The polypropylene body reliably protects the entire structure of the septic tank from mechanical damage, and also calmly withstands the effects of aggressive organic media of sewage fluids.

Compressors in the Bioxy septic tank are used by a Japanese manufacturer, and therefore they do not need to be lubricated with any lubricant, they have a sufficiently high reliability and low noise level at the level of operation of the engines of a modern refrigerator.

The septic tank is pumped out by the pump of the equipment itself directly into the ground. The silt mass has a biological origin, and therefore is completely harmless to the soil.

Modifications and prices

All modifications show themselves very effectively for summer cottages, garden organizations and private houses.

Among themselves, the models differ in performance, the ability to serve a certain number of people, respectively, in size and cost.

But by and large, the Bioxy septic tank models can be easily used for several families from a small number of people.

For summer cottages and houses with families of up to 10 people, the best and suitable models there will be septic tanks of the Bioxy 1 and 2 series.

The rest can serve either several houses with small families, or small villages, garden or summer cottage associations. A separate category is always available on the sale of Bioxy models, which are produced to order.

These are models with high performance, large volumes of sewage household waste treatment. Such septic tanks are labeled: 20, 30, 40 and 50.

Very effective sewer installation the septic tank Bioxy is considered, the number of manufactured models of which is in the tens of thousands and is one of the most popular options for arranging an autonomous sewage system.

Three modifications of the Bioxy septic tank each have their own parameters and, accordingly, capabilities:

  • Bioxy 1 s / t - gravity pumping of purified water;
  • Bioxy Long - elongated design;
Photo: Bioxy Long
  • Bioxy SL is a super long construction.

Volley discharges into these sewage treatment plant are received by cameras quickly and efficiently.

The device of internal receiving tanks is such that it manages to process salvo drains, preventing the septic tank from flooding. This is very convenient especially when there are several discharge points from the bathrooms in the house.

Thanks to the internal structure of the filtration systems and the work of bacteria, the complete processing of sewage waste is ensured.

Bioxy 1 freely serves a house with up to 5 permanent residents.

The equipment consists of four chambers, each of which has its own specific wastewater treatment. This is an aeration tank, where, with the help of air jets and streams, sewage accumulates on the surface of the water and is driven in one direction.

The receiving chamber ensures the decomposition of effluents into sludge and water by means of a settling tank, the sludge settles to the bottom of the chamber, and the water flows into another chamber.

The stabilizer is a chamber where the remnants of sludge settle, and the water is again purified again.

Bioxy 2

All markings of type c / t (gravity), Long - elongated, SL - super elongated also apply to Bioxy 2. Septic tanks of these modifications can freely serve families with a large number of permanent residents.

As a rule, they are designed for 10 people. The compactness of the design allows it to be installed on the smallest land plots and does not require the equipment of filtration fields or the installation of additional filtration wells.

An excellent quality housing made of high-strength plastic is resistant not only to aggressive sewage fluids, but also to temperature extremes and mechanical stress.

Photo: septic tank Bioxy 2

High efficiency of wastewater treatment per day allows you to purify water in a short period of time in a volume of up to 2 cubic meters. The power consumption of the treatment equipment is standard - 220 V (1.17x2.36m).

During installation, the pipe is brought to the septic tank at a depth of 120 cm. Installation of Bioxy septic tanks can be carried out in any soil: sandy, loamy, quicksand or clay soil.

The power of the pumping unit built into the septic tank is 80 W / 370 W, which allows pumping liquid over a considerable distance from the septic tank.

Septic tank Bioxy 5 is an excellent solution for autonomous sewerage equipment for summer cottage or suburban area private house. The advantages of such a septic tank are significantly different from septic tanks Bioxy series 1 or 2.

And this, first of all, concerns the performance of the treatment equipment. At the same time, water purification reaches 98%, and this is already the most plausible high indicator of the degree of purification of sewage liquid waste.

The uniqueness of septic tanks Bioxy 5 also lies in the fact that the equipment does not fundamentally require pumping out using a sewage machine.

And all because the inner chambers are equipped with a pumping unit that is capable of pumping waste sludge directly into the ground.

Photo: Bioxy 5

Water, which is clarified and purified, can be used in the future for technical or household needs because it is completely free of aggressive chemicals.

Of course, such water is not suitable for drinking, but watering a garden or washing a car is quite real. During installation, it is not necessary to dig a large pit, it is enough to make a septic tank deep in size.

Also, a striking advantage of Bioxy septic tanks is the complete absence of unpleasant odor and noiselessness. In service, such septic tanks are quite simple and do not require the involvement of special professional labor.

includes tracking the proper operation of all sections of the equipment and constant electricity.

Such an environmentally friendly sewage treatment system can be easily installed even in the vicinity of the house, absolutely not working without violating environmental standards.

Principle of operation

Almost all models and series of Bioxy septic tanks work according to the same principle, but with only one difference - some have a gravity flow of purified water from the septic tank, and some are forced.

But the path taken by the sewer liquid with all kinds of inclusions is almost identical in one or another Bioxy model. not complicated, but at the same time quite laborious.

Photo: the principle of operation of the septic tank Bioxy

The sewage fluid is fed through a pipeline running underground to the septic tank and fed into the first chamber. Here, the primary treatment of effluents takes place with the help of air.

It is these living microorganisms that are capable of transforming liquids with various soluble inclusions so much that the effluents turn into water and sludge.

Sludge settles to the bottom of the septic tank, over time, of course, accumulates in the sludge receiver, and then is pumped directly into the ground through the outlet. The water settles and then flows into the next chamber.

The first chamber also has a device - an aerator, which, with the help of air jets, drives away particles of oil products, light debris and other inclusions floating on the surface.

Waste water enters the second chamber through an airlift - a special device that belongs to a pumping unit.

This container usually has a larger size than the previous and subsequent ones, and therefore the cleaning process continues here to the fullest extent. The process includes aeration, settling of water and pumping out the purified liquid.

The next chamber belongs to the sludge mass stabilizers. There may also be an aerator, which, thanks to its work with the help of air flows, helps to separate the sludge into certain specific fractions.

Light insoluble inclusions, which are still present in the water, enter special trays, from where they are then pumped out.

And heavy particles settle to the bottom together with silt and, too, are periodically pumped out into the ground by a pump.

Most popular station lineup... Ideal for family living outside the city of up to five people. You can forget about the constant pumping by the machine and the unpleasant smell of the sewage system.

Bioxy biological treatment plants can be used for the construction of an autonomous sewage system in private houses, summer cottages, small rest houses, cafes, etc. This septic tank is adapted to the harsh conditions of our country, and repeated tests have confirmed its compliance with sanitary and building codes and regulations.

The water that has been purified in this station is quite suitable for reuse (watering a vegetable garden, etc.) or dumping into open water bodies. A wide range of models allows you to choose a device for certain conditions of use, depending on the number of users of other parameters.

Device and principle of operation

Bioxy septic tanks belong to aeration tanks, which differ from conventional septic tanks - sedimentation tanks and have their own characteristics. The liquid in such devices is saturated with oxygen pumped inside, thus creating a favorable environment for the development of microorganisms. Wastewater treatment is carried out in several stages:

  • From the house, through pipes, water enters the first compartment, which is equipped with an airlift, a coarse filter and an aerator. Primary cleaning with aerobic bacteria takes place in this chamber. The resulting sludge settles to the bottom, and the settled liquid flows through the airlift into the next chamber. Sludge accumulated at the bottom of the sludge receiver is pumped out through a special pipe.
  • The second chamber, the largest in volume, is responsible for the main purification process. The main processes occurring in the main compartment: aeration, settling and pumping of the purified liquid into the next chamber. Here, certain conditions are created for the development of microorganisms, namely: saturation of water with oxygen and mixing with activated sludge.
  • The third chamber is used to stabilize the sludge mass - here the sludge is separated into fractions. The compartment is also equipped with an aerator, due to which the sludge is separated into certain fractions. Part of the sludge is sent to the second chamber to take part in the cleaning process, and part of it settles to the bottom of the stabilizer and is eventually removed.

Water purified in this way (up to 98%) complies with environmental and sanitary - epidemiological standards.

The lineup

All models of the Bioxy septic tank have the same device and principle of operation, the only difference is the drainage of purified water, some of them are equipped with gravity drainage, while others are forced. In addition, there is a difference in the volume of the tank, which determines the number of users that it can effectively serve.

For a private house or summer cottage, septic tanks of the 1 or 2 series are suitable models, which can easily serve families of up to 5 and 10 people, respectively. All other models are designed for a large number of users and are more suitable for installing sewage in large houses where several families live, or in small villages.

Also, a septic tank can have different markings:

  1. Long - elongated design (the pipe is located at a depth of 0.9 to 1.4 m);
  2. SL is a super long design.

Specifications

One of the important characteristics of the Bioxy septic tank is a high degree of wastewater treatment. Also, economical power consumption can be considered an important detail. The station can be installed in areas with a small area, it will not take up much space, moreover, it does not require the construction of additional filtration fields and other means of additional treatment.

The table shows the main characteristics of the entire model range:

Mounting

The body of the septic tank is made of extra durable polypropylene and is made in such a way that it can be installed in areas with high groundwater levels. The rather large mass of the structure allows it to be installed without a concrete slab at the bottom of the excavation and additional anchoring.

The station is installed on a sand cushion, 10 cm thick, the upper part of the septic tank should be 15 - 20 cm above the soil level, this will help to avoid the reservoir flooding. After installation, the body is filled with sand, while the chambers are filled with water.

    Scope of BIOXY.

The BIOXY wastewater treatment plant is designed for the treatment of domestic wastewater with normal pollution (i.e. 60 g BOD5 / person per day). In case of receipt of another kind of wastewater, which differs in its character from domestic wastewater, it is necessary that their amount corresponds to the capacity of the given installation.

    The principle of operation of the BIOXY wastewater treatment plant.

Wastewater treatment plants BIOXY models are developed on the basis of experience of large wastewater treatment plants with fine bubble aeration, both intermittent and continuous. This technical solution is protected by a patent. The design of the wastewater treatment plant was based on the accumulated experience in the treatment of wastewater from a household with an irregular inflow.

    BIOXY cleaning technological process.

The device works as follows: Waste water through the supply pipeline 1 enters the receiving tank 2, in which large-bubble aero elements are located 3. In the receiving tank, intensive aeration is carried out, while the water is mixed with active aerobic sludge, and soft organic inclusions coming from waste water ... Water from the receiving tank 2 through a coarse sewage filter 5, equipped with a hair inclusions catcher 6, is pumped by the main airlift 7 into the aeration tank 8, where the active sludge is in a suspended state and a buried secondary clarifier 9 (ZVO). In this case, intensive aeration occurs in the aeration tank. Aeroelement 10 of the aerotank and ZVO are located in such a way as to provide vertical circular circulation of water with activated sludge in the aerotank around the ZVO. This movement of the mixture of water and activated sludge in the aeration tank allows, firstly, to reduce the performance of the compressor 12 due to better saturation of water through the increased surface in the aeration tank and, secondly, to create a denitrification zone without using an additional downward, the concentration of oxygen in the water decreases, denitrification intensifies, the nitrogen bubbles formed in this process are easily separated from the particles of sludge due to the circulation of water. After the denitrification zone, part of the water, passing through the ZVO, is separated from the sludge and flows out through the outlet pipe of the buried secondary clarifier 14 into the outlet tank 15, then, through the outlet pipe 25, the purified water flows out into the surface trench, absorbing, drainage or other drainage system of purified water or, after additional processing, it is reused for technical purposes. Excess activated sludge from the aeration tank is pumped by airlift 22 into the activated sludge stabilizer 19 with a large-bubble aerator 20, where it is accumulated and stabilized under aerobic conditions. Heavier sludge settles to the bottom of the tank, and water with a small amount of small particles of activated sludge flows through the overflow pipe 23 back to the aeration tank and continues to participate in the purification of the incoming polluted water. When the concentration of sludge in the stabilizer 19 increases (up to 4-60% by volume when settling for 10 minutes), then it must be removed with a built-in airlift or submersible drainage pump to the sludge platform or used to fertilize ornamental plants. In the event of an overflow of the receiving tank to the level of emergency overflow 24, the emergency level sensor 4 (if installed) turns on the warning light, the water subjected to primary treatment in the receiving tank will begin to flow through the coarse waste filter 5 into the outlet tank 15. This will lead to an increase the amount of suspended matter in the outlet water and the insufficient quality of its purification, but it will exclude the ingress of untreated water with large sewage into neighboring reservoirs and disruption of the treatment system for a long time. After the overload is removed, the system operates as usual. Active sludge is formed during the first month of operation of the installation, and to protect the secondary clarifier from foam formed during the accumulation and maturation of activated sludge in the aeration tank, no additional measures are required, since the secondary clarifier is equipped with a lid and part of it is below the water level in the aeration tank ... Purification systems equipped with an automatic flushing system additionally have a flushing pump 17, located in the outlet tank 15, controlled by an adjustable timer of the control unit 16 and connected to the distribution pipeline 18 of the automatic flushing system, to which are connected: main airlift 7, airlift 22 for removing excess activated sludge from the aeration tank, injector for flushing the denitrification zone 13, film splitter ZVO 11, and also the outlet pipe 14 of the ZVO is rinsed and through it rinsing of the ZVO itself. When the flushing pump is turned on, the water level in the aeration tank and, accordingly, in the ZVO rises, and water with floating sludge particles flows through the overflow remover of floating particles of the buried secondary clarifier 21 into the receiving tank. The flush pump, when turned on, also pumps out sludge from the outlet tank 15.

    Installation and assembly instructions.

The persons installing the station must carefully read the instructions and must know the rules of electrical safety when working with electrical equipment... The BIOXY wastewater treatment plant is a one-piece self-supporting, sealed polypropylene tank, which is installed in a pre-prepared pit, so that its cover is about 150-200 mm above the ground surface, in order to avoid rainwater entering the station. Under normal conditions, the installation of the station "Bioxy" 0.5-3m is sufficient. cube on a compacted sandy bedding layer with a thickness of 100 mm without stones, and sprinkling the station with sand without stones. The wastewater treatment plant can, under normal conditions, be installed below the groundwater level, without embedding with concrete. Stiffening ribs on the outer walls of the station cause surcharge from surfacing. Spreading should be carried out simultaneously with the filling of all chambers of the wastewater treatment plant clean water, in order to equalize the internal and external pressure on the walls. In soils that cause maximum pressure, for example, unbound watered soils with stones, sprinkle with 0.3 m layers and sprinkle the surface of individual layers with cement in order to stabilize the sprinkling. Cleaning stations "Bioxy" model-50,75,100,150,200,250 are mounted on a concrete base with reinforcement. Reinforcement and pouring are also performed around the perimeter, and sand is backfilled between the reactor blocks with simultaneous pouring of clean water in accordance with the installation flow chart.

    Connection to the sewer network.

Insertion depth sewer pipe it is usually provided for 1.6-2 m above the base of the wastewater treatment plant. The station is supplied with stationary welded inlets of a sewer pipe with a diameter of 110-200mm and an air pipe Ǿ110, (at the outlet in a forced version - Ǿ50 and in a gravity version - Ǿ110-Ǿ200). You should not be afraid of the shallow depth of the sewer network, in such cases, the supply and discharge pipelines are laid in a heater. We recommend: When installing a station with forced discharge of purified water onto the outlet pipe, lay a special heating cable under the insulation (connected inside the unit).

    Power supply connection.

The wastewater treatment plant is connected to the household power supply, according to given wiring diagram. The connection to the power supply is made through a circuit breaker of limiting current strength and can be duplicated by a residual current device. A three-core armored copper electrical cable in protective insulation is laid in the ground (type VbbshV 4x2.5 is an additional option). For the installation of an alarm in the technical room, a four-core cable is laid. When installing an external signaling device in the form of an emergency lamppost (available as an option), an additional three-core cable is installed. The electric cable is brought into the station through sealed inputs and connected to the contacts of the electrical box. To maintain the station's performance during power outages, it is advisable to install an autonomous power source, and in case of voltage surges, a stabilizer.

    Commissioning of the unit.

In the mounted installation (in the process of sprinkling), the aeration tank is filled up to the level of overflow through the outlet pipe of the buried secondary clarifier with clean or conditionally pure water, the inlet reservoir is filled with water to a height of about 1 m, the outlet reservoir is filled to the level of overflow through the outlet pipe. The activated sludge stabilizer is filled before overflowing into the aeration tank. After that, you can put the wastewater treatment plant into operation. If activated sludge from another treatment plant is not introduced into the aeration tank, the wastewater treatment plant goes back to normal operation for about 3-4 weeks. The first young sludge, in most cases brown in color, appears within about 10 days of operation, and after that you can already see an improvement in the quality of the water in the effluent. During the subsequent period, the sludge in the aeration tank thickens and in most cases darkens. At the same time, there is an even greater improvement in the efficiency of purification and the quality of water. For a well-functioning installation, the water at the outlet must be clean and free of unpleasant odors. During the formation of thick sludge (the first 14-30 days), significant foaming takes place. The main reason for this is the content of surfactants in the treated water. Foam gradually disappears with an increase in the concentration of sludge in the aeration tank. During the accumulation of activated sludge (1 month), it is advisable to reduce the use of chemicals. The end of the commissioning time for the installation and its correct operation is determined by the selection of the activation mixture (with the aeration turned on in the aeration tank) in the filled aeration tank mode, into a glass container with a capacity of 1 liter. The activation mixture is allowed to settle for about 10-20 minutes, and after this time, activated sludge settles to the bottom of the container, and a layer of purified water appears above it. The separation line between treated water and sludge should be clearly visible. The sludge should have a volume of approximately 20-30% of the capacity of the tank and approximately 70-80% will be pure water... Thus, the installation has been put into operation and is now sufficiently resistant to chemicals, including washing powder. If there is less silt, the process of commissioning a wastewater treatment plant is not over, or the station is not loaded with household waste water. The acceleration of the commissioning of a wastewater treatment plant is achieved by introducing an activation mixture from another operating station. The activated sludge is poured into a receiving tank. If activated sludge is introduced, commissioning of the plant only takes a few days. In some cases, the introduced sludge from another installation is not able to adapt to a different composition of polluted waters, which leads to its withering away and the installation of the installation takes a longer time. This does not happen often, but it cannot be ignored.

    Maintenance Bioxy.

Once a day - visual control of the light or sound signaling of the correct operation of the unit (if installed).

Once a week

Visual inspection of treated water.

Every 3-6 months

Removal of sludge from the activated sludge stabilizer;

Cleaning the main airlift of untreated water and filter of coarse sewage;

Compressor air filter cleaning;

Cleaning the receiving tank and aeration tank from mineralized sludge.

Every 2 years - replacement of the compressor membranes.

Every 10 years - replacement of aeration elements.

The operation of the wastewater treatment plant is fully automatic and does not require daily maintenance. It is only necessary from time to time to monitor the correctness of its work visually when open lid... From time to time it is necessary to clean the inner walls of the system from the layer of deposited sludge. After pumping out the sludge, the empty tank of the activated sludge stabilizer is filled with water before overflowing into the aeration tank.

The cleaning of the filter of large sewage and the main airlift is as follows: first you need to remove the upper tray, and then, together with the tray, pull out the lifting pipe of the main airlift, vertically upward from the filter of coarse sewage. At the same time, the openings on the walls of the coarse sewage filter are simultaneously cleaned with the antennae of the hair inclusions traps and the bottom fixed on the lifting pipe of the main airlift. The removed airlift pipe, with traps of hair inclusions and an additional filter for coarse impurities, clean, rinse and install in the reverse order.

It should be borne in mind that all the components of the wastewater treatment plant can be removed and cleaned. The present also applies to the nozzles for supplying air to individual elements of the station, in which they may become clogged with impurities from the air supplied by the blower. Everything possible malfunctions are manifested by an increase in the water level in the receiving tank to the emergency float, which activates a warning bell or light in the house and thereby signals a problem and the danger of untreated wastewater flow through the station bypass.

To check the operability of the automatic flushing pump and its timer, it is enough to turn off and after a few seconds turn on the automatic flushing pump (usually the second one if counting from the left) in the electrical control panel of the cleaning system. In this case, the flushing pump will turn on for a specified time (about 20-30 seconds)

If you are not confident in your ability to carry out maintenance, or repair your BIOXY septic tank yourself, then entrust this work to the professionals of our service center, and this is a guarantee the highest quality uninterrupted operation of your wastewater treatment plant.

    Assessment of the work of the wastewater treatment plant.

With proper operation of the wastewater treatment plant, the water at the effluent from the station (it can be taken with a test tube on the effluent) is transparent, clean and without an unpleasant odor. If these criteria are not met, the following malfunctions may occur.

    Turbid water at the outlet of the station.

In this case, we are talking about incompletely purified water. This usually happens during the commissioning of a plant until a sufficient amount of activated sludge is generated. This can last for about a month. The next reason may be a deteriorated quality of wastewater, for example, a lower or higher pH, sharp drop temperature or chemical contamination, for example, in the case of intensive washing of laundry using strong detergents, and / or waste water from dishwashers... The real problem will be settled by itself within 24 hours. A permanently turbid runoff is a sign of a massive overload of the station or a lack of oxygen in activation, which can be caused by a leak in the air distribution network from the compressor, reduced voltage of the supply network, and no aeration in the incoming sewer pipe.

    Sample selection.

Samples of treated water are taken from the outlet pipe of the wastewater treatment plant. It is best to take the untreated water with a plastic bucket with a capacity of about 10 liters, which is installed under the inlet pipe in the receiving tank. The withdrawal of water from the receiving tank, as water at the station inlet, is incorrect. There is a mixture of untreated water and activated sludge, and its composition is influenced by biological processes in the receiving tank.

    Activities for the winter operation of BIOXY.

The system does not require special measures for winter operation, however, it is necessary to ensure a constant flow of fresh air into the compressor compartment, which can be disturbed by snow cover.

    Electricity supply requirements.

The wastewater treatment plant operates normally with voltage deviations from the nominal within +/- 10%. Turning off the power supply for a period of no more than 8 hours practically does not affect the operation of the station, with a longer power outage, anaerobic processes with an unpleasant odor begin, and there is a danger of overfilling the system and draining untreated water through the station bypass. However, after the power supply is restored, the system automatically returns to normal operation after a while.

    Service life of the BIOXY wastewater treatment plant.

The wastewater treatment plant is made of polypropylene with a long service life (at least 50 years). The service life of the aeration element is 10 years, the service life of the compressor is 5-10 years (membrane 2 years). As a preventive measure, it is recommended to replace the compressor membrane every 2 years.

    Sanitary and hygienic requirements.

The wastewater treatment plant is equipped with a vapor-tight cover and a sealed casing, and can be installed near residential buildings. Air from the environment is supplied to the internal space of the station and it is provided for its removal through the outlet or supply sewer pipeline. In the absence of ventilation of sewer pipelines, ventilation should be provided through a fan riser that has direct contact with the environment. Otherwise, the exhaust air can enter the living area. The wastewater treatment plant, in the process of correct operation, does not emit an unpleasant odor, since aerobic processes with the release of carbon dioxide... During operation, the station produces minimal noise. The noise of the blower located under the insulated cover is 37 dB (at a distance of 1 m). The installed electrical equipment of third-party manufacturers (compressor, pump, emergency level sensor, etc.) is guaranteed for a period of 12 months. The warranty does not cover faults caused by improper service or handling.

Attention!

    It is prohibited:

Disconnect the power supply to the unit

    dumping rotten residues of vegetables into the sewer;

    discharge of construction waste (sand, lime, etc.) into the sewage system, this leads to clogging of the installation, and as a result, loss of performance;

    discharge of polymer films and other non-biodegradable compounds into the sewage system (this category includes condoms, sanitary bags, cigarette filters, films from cigarette packs, etc.), the pumps may become clogged, and as a result, the installation will lose its performance;

    discharge into the sewerage system of water from the regeneration of treatment systems drinking water with the use of potassium permanganate or other external oxidants. Draining should be carried out separately. pressure sewerage;

    discharge of wash water from pool filters;
